Terms of purchase
These terms apply to the use of TestPrep and purchases of courses from us.
The service
TestPrep is operated by Databit AS and offers independent preparation for Etablererprøven and Kunnskapsprøven. We do not conduct the official exam, issue licences or guarantee a pass.
Access and payment
A purchase gives one person access to the selected course without an expiry date. Access is personal; course content may not be shared, copied or resold.
Businesses can order by invoice from Databit AS, which handles payment, credits and refunds. Employees must verify their email address before receiving access.
Account and use
Keep your login details private and provide accurate information. You must be an adult or authorised to order for your business. Misuse, unlawful sharing or serious breaches of the agreement may result in access being suspended.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
The course is digital and you get access immediately. When you buy, you consent to immediate delivery and accept that the right of withdrawal lapses. No refunds are therefore given once access has been delivered.
Your rights in the event of defects remain. Contact kundeservice@testprep.no with defects or questions.
Bedrifter har ikke automatisk forbrukerens angrerett. Ved berettiget refusjon krediteres ubetalt faktura, eller betalt beløp tilbakebetales.
