Etablererprøven (Restaurant operator exam)
If you are to run a restaurant, cafe or another serving establishment, you must pass Etablererprøven (the Establishment Test) to get a license. The test shows that you know the rules for operating.

Book the official test with your municipality, and check the requirements for identification, attendance and test fees. The municipal fee is not included in the course.
