What do you get in the free practice test?

At TestPrep, you can answer five free practice questions for each of the two exams. You don’t need an account or a payment card. Choose the exam you want to practise for, read the question and select one answer option. You’ll receive feedback and an explanation before moving on.

Practice questions are not official exam questions

TestPrep’s questions are designed for practice. We do not promise that you will encounter the same questions in the official exam. Use them to understand the topics and identify what you need to read more about, not to memorise the order of the answers.

Use your incorrect answers as a short study plan

When you answer incorrectly, read the explanation and note down the topic you were unsure about. Go back to the course material and explain the rule in your own words. Then try again. If you are still unsure, read the relevant rule in an official source and check that you understand the context.

Five correct answers do not mean you are ready for the exam

A small selection cannot show whether you have mastered the entire syllabus. The free test helps you get familiar with the practice format. When you want to prepare more thoroughly, you should work through all the topics and take a timed mock exam. A practice result is no guarantee of passing the official exam.

How much does it cost to continue?

Each TestPrep course costs 479 kr as a one-time purchase, compared with the regular price of 599 kr. Etablererprøven (Restaurant operator exam) and Kunnskapsprøven (Alcohol law exam) are sold separately. Payments are not available yet. The municipality's exam fee is not included in the course price; check registration details and fees with your municipality.

Sources and official information
